Producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a lawsuit against American Rapper Sean “P Diddy” Combs in February claiming he was groped by Diddy while recording their album Off The Record.
Lil Rod also claimed that P Diddy forced him to solicit sex workers, take illegal drugs, and engage in more unwarranted practices.
Since then, over 100 other individuals, made up of both men and women, have come out accusing Diddy of sexual misconduct, abuse, and sex trafficking.
On May 19, Combs’ Ex-Girlfriend Cassie Ventura spoke out after a 2016 video was posted of her and P Diddy in a hotel hallway during an altercation.
She stated on Instagram that the “domestic violence broke her” and “she will always be recovering” from her past.
Since then, P Diddy has apologized for the incident.
Ventura filled a lawsuit in November of 2018 saying that he had raped her and asserted “complete control” over her.
The suit was settled the next day for an undisclosed amount of money.
Four months after Ventura spoke out, P Diddy was arrested on September 16 in Manhattan, New York, after being indicted by a Grand Jury.
According to Forbes Magazine, on September 17, a federal judge unsealed charges against Combs for a countless amount of crimes, alleging that he “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”
It is important to note there have been many separate lawsuits filed against P Diddy for sexual misconduct.
NPR news said ”In 1991 or 1992, according to a November 2023 lawsuit, Combs and the R&B singer Aaron Hall allegedly sexually assaulted an unnamed victim and a friend after a music industry event, then beat her several days later when confronted.”
Another lawsuit was filed by a woman named Joie Dickerson-Neal claiming that in 1991, while she was in college, P Diddy drugged, sexually assaulted her, and recorded the entire ordeal.
An additional unrelated anonymous plaintiff claimed they were gang raped by P Diddy and a few other men in 2003 when the plaintiff was 17 years old.
A fashion model named Crystal McKinney also filed a suit claiming that P Diddy drugged her before “forcing her to preform” sexual acts on him at his New York recording studio in 2003, according to NPR news.
One disclosed lawsuit filed against P Diddy, by plaintiff April Lampros, claimed she had “four terrifying sexual encounters” with Diddy from 1995 to 2001, including three incidents of rape and one instance of him forcing her to take ecstasy.
The media attention surrounding this case has been overwhelmingly chaotic.
A documentary has been made about the entire controversy called The Downfall of Diddy, the first part released on April 27 and the second on September 24.
The news of Diddy’s horrendous acts has spread all over social media on platforms such as Youtube, Twitter, Tiktok, and Instagram.
Some would say P Diddy is an awful person who deserves to be put away for his crimes.
Considering his persistent connection to several horrendous lewd acts, it may be inevitable for that jail time to occur.
Even though he repeatedly claims he’s innocent to this day, the evidence seems quite
