Every year, the NFL draws in an average of 306 million people who enjoy watching football.
If you are one of those fans, it may be interesting to see your favorite team grow over the years.
NFL teams work hard in and out of season for the objective of winning against competing teams in the US and possibly making it to the Superbowl, especially this year many players have put in lots of hours to get better as individuals but also to be more cohesive with their team.
Teams gain new assets every year, but some work better than others.
“I think the Cardinals are much better this year with the new coaching and a couple other players who have been doing well,” said Sophomore Jordan Kasovac.
While the Cardinals have improved since last year, not all teams have had the same experience.
“I feel like the Cowboys were doing okay last year but this year they are doing a lot of fumbling and not carrying the ball all the way they could,” said Sophomore Brailyn Twyman.
Fans of teams who aren’t winning games may be upset due to the spirit in the sport.
“It’s a real disappointment to see your team try so hard to win but fail, like the cowboys have this season,” said Twyman.
Avid watchers of football celebrate when their team makes it to the Superbowl but some fans celebrate other teams’ defeat.
“I think that the Packers and the Ravens will win this year, I’m good as long as it’s not the chiefs,” said Sophomore Andrew Deyette.
This year of football has been one of many ups and downs, some teams have improved massively since last year when on the road to playoffs, while others have suffered enormous losses that have negatively impacted their season.
In conclusion every year has time for teams to change or grow, and this has been proven once again in the 2024 season.
